It took me 3 or 4 weeks after my laproscopic surgery to get relief from the
extreme bloating and worsened constipation.
I did have to take ALOT of laxatives to clean my system out.
I believe it is from the bowel prep carbonated drink and then the air pumped
into your belly for the surgery.
I am extremely sensitive to trapped air from these things so I figured I
would have problems. I can't normally tolerate carbonated beverages, so that
alone was bad enough!
